Welcome to Ground Zero SEOW!

We are here to help develop and host dynamic campaigns based on WWII history using the Scorched Earth Online War system and the flight simulation known as IL2 1946 by 1C: Maddox Games. Our hope is to meet other WWII and flight sim enthusiasts who wish to experience the highest level of immersion possible. Independent virtual pilots and squadrons are always welcome to participate in our campaigns or to use our resources to host their own events. We have dedicated servers for our website, forums and Teamspeak and they are offered to our community of friends at no cost for various purposes.

We want to thank Oleg Maddox, 1C: Maddox Games, and IV/JG7_4Shades and the entire SEOW Development Community for providing the backbone we use to create our campaigns. We also really appreciate everyone who has participated in the mission planning and execution of every digital adventure we have hosted! We have run several large scale and historically based campaigns on Ground Zero servers, including Operation Pointblank (English Channel), Operation Postern (New Guinea), Korean campaign, Coral Sea campaign and Winter War (Gulf of Finland). We are always working on new campaigns and are currently running Operation Pointblank II. Please visit our forums and check our Event Calendar for details regarding these two virtual battles.
