Scorched Earth Online War - General Staff Template Merge

This Tool allows you to combine two separate IL-2 mission (*.mis) files into a single merged mission file. This is perfect for creating SEOW Campaign Template files, where you want to allow each of the opposing sides to arrange their forces without knowledge of the enemy dispositions.

Simply browse to the two mission files using the boxes below, then set the desired campaign starting time and the initial (seed) weather conditions for the SEOW weather generator, and finally click on the "Create Merged Template" button.
